super short on overweight people makes them look bulbous; super long and straight on skinny people can make them look like a bean pole. So, kinda depends on your face too--short hair on a fat baby face...NOT. Try a computer sim to see what it might look like!0

Shoulder length or more...some girls look good with short hair...but I prefer longer styles.0

I will never cut my hair short, ever. The longest of it (it's layered), goes down to my waist. I'm known for my hair. I may be a little conceited about my hair. :laugh:0

it depends on the girl but imho only few girls (atleast for me) pull of really short hair.
A girls hair is one of the first things I notice and I absolutely fall in love with dark haired girls with long hair coming down to the middle of her back. Absolutely sexy. Not to say I don't dig blondes, like I say it depends on the girl0 -
I can guarantee you that I do NOT look like a boy.

I look terrible in long hair and in short. I go medium0

Depends on the person....no doubt.0

And her?
Oh well each to their own.
She is stunning *sigh*
I look horrible with short hair! Some girls totally rock it though!0 -
If you cut your hair too short, you will look like a boy.
Fact.
Oh ****, I must look like a boy. Nevermind my DD's and hourglass figure.0 -
Last time I checked? Super gorgeous.
Gotta stop thinking attractive as yes/no, vs more/less.
While I wouldn't kick her out of bed, I'd easily choose a less-pretty girl (say, Allyson Hannigan) with longer hair, hands down. No question... longish hair is that important. That doesn't mean women can't be beautiful with short (pixie) hair. Just that in 100% of the cases the same person would look better with long-enough hair.
Short hair, beyond some certain threshold, makes my body think "boy". I don't expect women to understand. You don't have men's "visual female detection system" embedded in your brain and connecting to everywhere.0 -
In my opinion, long hair is the best. The only way short hair looks good is if you're super skinny.0

^^^ good advice..but most men like long hair ..I just cut mine recently and the beanpole thing was gone I only cut off a couple inches but now it has more body and bonces up and softens the harsher lines of my skinny face.0 -

Your delicate feminine features must make it hard for you to discern gender.0 -

I agree. I keep my long hair to balance out my large hips.0 -

She has really perky hairs....0 -
The dudes on this thread are trippin me out! Of course, you start thinking if the hair is long enough for "certain" activities- LOL, love it! I guess you really do think about it every 7 seconds, huh?0

She has really perky hairs....
I know. It's like she's showing them off to compensate for her lack of...hairs.0 -
some hair is ok as long as its trimmed and not a jungle

AGREED!!! I could never cut my hair shorter than above my waist; right now it's mid thigh:bigsmile:  :bigsmile:0 -

idk about super skinny but yes, I donot find short hair better suited on girls who aren't atleast fit. Sorry if thats basically the smae as what you said but super skinny brings one of those stick figure models and I know many girls who're in athletic/fit shape and they rock short hair0 -
Cool...I find I like all kinds of hair...as long as it seems integrated with WHO the person is, and doesn't clash with their basic body type.0
