I keep eating all my calories at the end of the day!

I am on the computer most of the day. I bring healthy options with me to snack on throughout the day, but I find that at the end of my work day I haven't had even half of my daily caloric intake. I end up going home feeling unsatisfied and binging on everything.
My diet during the day is for the most part good. I don't have alot of time for food preperation so I will do a quick shoppig trip at the begining of the week for foods that I can keep in my office or the freezer / fridge at work (vegan sausage, frozen egg patty, oatmeal, cereal, fruits, bag salad, cheese sticks) that I can heat up or throw together quickly during a break.
Any suggestions for a busy single mother with a full time job and attending school and already short on time.
today alone I had 1090 calories left at 4pm so I ate 2 of those frozen PB&J sandwiches. They are really good and ate up 420 calories, but not good for me.

It's ok to eat big at the end of the day if that's what works for you. Most people are better off eating during the day as well because if they don't, they are so hungry at the end of the day that they tend to over eat. So long as you stay in your caloric allowance for the day, it doesn't matter when you eat.
For myself, I like to eat early and often... keeps my blood sugar more even and it's a personal preference.0 -
So, at the end of the day, do you have a surplus or deficit? Are you in the red or green?0

what about single serve cups of hummus to dip your veggies in? Or single serve cups of peanut butter to scoop up with whole grain crackers ( or veggies)...what about hard boiling a dozen eggs and keeping those in the fridge? Or Campbells makes the microwave soups in a cup sized can that are meant to be drunk instead of eaten with a spoon.0
