Calorie Breakdown

Each day I stay very close to my recommended calorie breakdown, but I notice that I am usually higher than recommended in Protein and less in Fats & Carbs. Is this a bad thing? I am trying to be selective about what I eat; which is why I am low in fats. Comments???

Yes that's actually really good! High protein percentages will give you more muscle0
