I need help! Lost ~ 10 lbs, need 15 more

I've been stuck at the same weight for the past month, fluctuating because of Memorial Day, graduation, birthdays, you name it! I recently became a pescatarian about 3 months ago, and lost most of the weight (I think) that way. I guess I'm just looking for motivation, tips, anything to lose that last 15 lbs. I run 4 days a week, strength train 2, and usually during the week stay below my daily intake. I'm 5'3", looking to be about 110.

Help?

Also, my counter thinks I started at 127 lbs, when in truth, it was ~135.
