Today I bought half and half (no sugar or carbs) and sugar free french vanilla syrup- it was delicious.
I've also used the so delicious coconut creamer (french vanilla) which is healthier but more expensive and has 8 carbs for 2T.

i don't drink coffee. i love the smell, but hate the taste.

for tea - if it is chamomile, i drink it plain; if it is green, i add a bit of honey; if it is black, i add honey and milk. :)

Coffee - black and very fresh (and I must have at least two cups of it to be able to interact with humans)
    Tea - umm, coffee flavored?

I drink my coffee black, on rare occasions with cream or half and half. I drink my tea plain.

Coffee - sugar free flavored creamer and stevia/spenda. I like variety so I've had french vanilla, hazelnut, cinnamin sugar cookie, and pumpkin spice in my fridge all at the same time.

Tea - sugar. Lots of sugar. lol, I'm in love with sweet tea which is probably why I've been avoiding it as I try to eat healthier.
