Can't seem to find enough iron

Can anybody suggest a good source for iron in foods?
I always suspected I didn't eat enough (easy bruising, etc), but logging my food on MFP showed me that I am REALLY not eating enough iron EVERY DAY!
I'm not *opposed* to taking a supplement, but I would much rather find it in food if I can.
