I'm just wondering if anyone knows how accurate HRM's are for Jillian MIchael's work outs? I have a Polar FT7.

Just asking because this
"People should be more concerned with the overestimation of HRM calories for anaerobic exercise, which is a legitimate concern, considering how many people use them for circuit training and HIIT and weightlifting."

It's not going to be perfect but it's going to be around 70-80% accurate. That's about the best it can get and I think that's safe to use for a number to track.0

But it would most likely be an overestimation, correct?0
