Reovery Supplement Question/Advice Needed

Hi all---I'm finding all of the information about post recovery work out supplements a bit confusing. I'm currently using a product which I actually don't mind drinking, but I want to double check that it is appropriate for me and a decent product. I'm only using this stuff post workouts (typically 40 minutes on the eliptical and varied strength exercises) 4x a week.

I'm using the GNC Amplified Recovery Proteing XR
Calories 260
Total fat 2g
Sat fat 1g
Choles 60mg
Total Carbs 35g
Sugars 4g
Protein 25g
Protein blend of Micronized whey protein Cocentrate, micellar cassein, Calcium Caseinate, Whey protein Isolate, Whey peptides, Waxy Maize

Is this ok or is there something out there much better. I actually enjoy the taste of this one and I do honestly feel better following my workouts (yeah..could be in my head but so be it :)
