Been doing this for a year...lets support each other

Hello!
If you have been consistently logging food, getting your workouts done, and if you believe reaching your health and fitness goal require a lifestyle change please add me I'm a pretty reliable supporter.

Say hi back and I'll send you a request (or even better send me one as mfp has a limit on friend requests)
This is what you get:
- I'm a guy that has always liked to stay active. I play basketball, soccer, tennis, do some running, etc.
- Food intake is my problem. Specially junk food. I recently found religion with the whole 'you can't out run a bad diet' concept and I believe it's true and when I stay away from all that garbage I have greater success.
- I'm active logging food, logging exercise and encouraging everyone, and I do mean everyone on my list for fitness and diet related posts. I expect the same in return. Not for every of my post but at least a couple a month. I'm not that demanding :)
- I don't comment on 'drama' updates and if most of what such friends do is complaint about life, the body, and why things are not happening for them there's no connect. I don't do that. Expect me to stay positive.

I'm putting this post because my list shrunk to 20 some great pals, these guys are the crème de la crème but I would like to spread the love until I make my list between 50-75 pals.
