plateau!!!

Hi all!!!
I am new to the forum but certainly not to losing weight ....I am 34, 5'6" and weigh 182(from a high of 251),but more recently a high of 235(started losing in mid-Sept 2011).
I have been plateaued at 182 for a month! I am going crazy...I was thinking of switching things up and having a few days of just fruit and vegtables..I was thinking 2 days f/v and then 3 days on my regular balanced diet, then alternating. Has anyone done anything like this?
I do exercise...I walk or run or walk and run on the treadmill daily for an hour (and have every single day this year so far!). I also go to hot yoga weekly and do core strengthening DVDs 3-4 times a week.
Any suggestions are welcome!

I would first limit carbs if you're eating a good amount of carbs. I started dropping again by limiting those (including high carb veggies and all fruits) and taking in more protein. Also, have you tried changing up your exercise? If you've done more cardio focus on weights for a little bit. Try HIIT workouts too!0
