Just picked up this DVD last night and was going to try it this morning. Anyone use it? What do you log it as? Does anyone with a HRM use it and if so, how many calories do *you* burn while doing it? (just so I can get a general idea) I'm excited :happy:

    I've had this for a while, its great!! Its all I use for toning, and I'm definitely pretty toned for still having a lot of fat to lose! I just log it under aerobics... aprox. 10 cal/minute... never used an HRM with it though!!
