If you bought it from the US and had it shipped over you will have to pay VAT on it through customs. I bought Insanity and P90X from their UK site and bought asylum from amazon

Thanks. I'm looking at eBay (UK and USA) but I've heard there's a lot I'd dodgy copies out there so im a bit wary. Also, you don't always get the extra DVDs included by BB if you buy from Amazon (I think).

    I'm in Fife in Scotland.

Girlie- they dont do the whole range on their UK site. If it's internTional sales, they only charge $12.95 for shipping- the same as for the UK.

yeah thats true, i suppose it depends what you are looking to get, remember US discs need a multi region dvd player. What one was you after?

Do you have to pay VAT on gifts? A friend of mine purchased a Beachbody workout from a friend here in the US, and the friend just shipped it over there. Not sure if she had to pay VAT or not, I could ask?

When shipping internationally the sender should make a declaration on the outside of the contents and its cost, if it was marked up as say dvd's gift, and was sent from one individual to another it may get through without it being taxed, but a company shipping it over would just declare something like visual media $100 and then customs will tax you before they send it to you

Thanks girlie. That's what I thought. I've changed my mind loads of times between Turbofire( which I can get from BB UK) and Chalean Extreme which would come from USA. Also considering Body Revolution (Jillian Michael) too. Anyone got any advice?

I haven't done either of them, but from what I understand turbofire is cardio/HIIT and chalean xtreme is weights and HIIT so I suppose its what way you want to go?

I've heard about body revolution but not seen what it involves, Jillian tends to work on a 3,2,1 Cardio, strength, Abs but not sure what she has put together for BR.

I don't know what I want really- thats the problem. I want something which will take two minutes to do, wont make me sore and make me lose a stone in a week!!!!! If I had spent as much time exercising as I have researching these programmes, I'd have lost 10 stone and have a six pack, by now!!
