I think I've done it wrong

Can someone else tell me how many calories per serving the following is : Bouton D'or Feta Cheese - Reduced Salt

Servings Per Package 6.7
serving Size - 30g
PER SERVING:
Energy 300kj
Protein 4.0g
Fat -Total 6.0g
Sat Fat 4.0g
Carbohydrate less than 1g
Sugars less than 1g
Sodium 240mg
Calcium 142mg

I think I have added this in wrong somehow. How many calories should it be per serving? (approx 2 tablespoons is 30grams?)

Thanks, I'm new to all this!:grumble:

1 kilojoule is the equivalent 0.239 kilocalories (or calories as we Americans call them). So, if you need an on-the-fly estimate, just divide the kilojoules by 4 and you'll have the approximate number of calories. If you are calculating to save the information to the database, multiply by 0.239.

Your serving of cheese is 72 calories.

Thanks for that, for some reason I though that the 'energy' of 300, was the calories! Oh and do you know how to delete and entry to the database?
  • I look at the kj per serving of anything and divide it by 4 to get a rough calorie number.
