Am I happy or not?

Just been on the scales and they have stayed the same when I have been really good! Not the kidding myself kinda good either
but
I am also on a mission to get into a specific pair of jeans that were a size too small. Ten days ago I could them up to my knees (I suffer with Thunder Thigh Syndrome) and today I can get them up to my butt.
What the Kalel?!?!?

Inch loss doesnt mean movement on the scales sometimes, unfortunatly. If your.doing.a lot of working.out you could have built more muscle and this is heavier than fat. I would still be happy with getting them to your bum :-D well done!0

Well just remember people can't see the number on the scale when they see you, but soon they will be able to see you looking sexy in your jeans.0

I have been doing at least an hour a day on a stationary bike this week actually... could have something to do with it :-/0

I have not lost 1 lb in 3 weeks, but I've lost 3.5".....instead of stepping on the scale, keep trying to slide those jeans on. I watch the scale, but don't let it ruin my day/week. Use a tape measure too (MFP has a place to record measurements as well as weight). I would suggest logging some measurements too. Keep up the good work!0

You should be really proud I have a favourite pair of Cords and I always try them on when the scales stay the same.
The scales hardly ever move for me these days, I am at that really annoying stage where even if I only eat 1200 calories every day I only lose 0.5 lbs per month! I have reduced it to 1000 now in the hopes of shifting those last stubborn little beggars !0 -

Many thanks I have logged all my measurements but that was only about 10 days ago so I am trying to hold off measuring for a while so that there will deffo be a decrease if that makes sense? Don't want to measure myself too soon, see no difference, have a strop and eat Burgers0
