Caloiries burned working on car

Hello all

I'm just about to spend the next 2 hrs taking an engine out of an old Reliant Robin. Its going to involve a lot of lifting and moving.

How could I capture the calories I've burned ?

    Theres a section for that in the exercise database :) Just go on there and log 120 minutes :)
