in january i started countin calories - did great lost 30 pounds in 3-4 months - then hit the wall. had a few weddings and other parties that got me off track, i still count calories and still maintain a deficit (not as big of one that i want) and now i have been starting to run a couple times a week. but i feel hungry ALL THE TIME. I am constantly craving more food. i have been drinking a ton of water and increased my fiber intake, trying to curb my appetite.

anyone have suggestions on how to not feel hungry all the time.

i work nights and don't get much sleep because i have a toddler running around so i know that is half my problem - that i eat out of bordem and tiredness. but even on days that i get good sleep i still am hungry all the time. my weight has been hovering around + or - 2 lbs of the 30 lbs lost. i have at least 30 more that i want to lose

What does your protein intake look like? Protein helps keep you full longer.

We can't help all that much without seeing your food diary.

Agreed - check and increase your protein as necessary. Add a protein shake after you work out (it'll help boost your muscle recovery as well!) I've done a few variations and both are great: Chocolate/peanut butter shake (that's quite literally chocolate (soy) milk, protein powder, and a scoop of peanut butter!) and a fruit protein shake (spinach, frozen fruits (strawberries/pineapple/mango), protein powder, a little bit of OJ)
