I need a challenge.

I've been part of MFP for a while, but this is the first time I'm really diving into the community.. boy was I missing out! This is an awesome group of encouraging people! I'd like to join a challenge, but I don't really know how, all of the ones I've found are already started.. but I would love to have a group to check in with every week and get encouragement from. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Are you on fb?? I have a ladies only support group and we have a new challenge starting on 7/2. It's a 90 challenge and you just have to share your workouts, recipes, etc...There are some prizes too. We would love to have you!!! Send me a message if you're interested :)
