I got sick (minor allergies, stuffy nose, felt like crap type stuff) about 2-3 weeks ago. I took a week off of exercise and then threw up during my first workout back. I've been doing half the workout about half the time since I've been back compared to what I did before. Today I couldn't get through Insanity's warm-up without feeling out of breath (normally it's my lack of strength to get off the floor that ends my workout).

Any tips on getting my endurance back? I feel like I've never worked out in my life right now!

You are on the right track! The key thing is to keep doing what you can do, and soon you will notice that your strength and endurance will increase, and you'll be able to do more. Don't try to push yourself to do too much too soon, or you will become burned out and discouraged. Good luck!
