Starting Over

Confession time: I have fallen off my program BIG TIME. I recently started a new job and I'm working about 65 hours a week. I KNOW that's no excuse, just as I KNOW that I will feel a lot better and be able to keep my stress level lower if I'm taking good care of my "machine". I'm very frustrated, irritated, exasperated, etc. etc. etc. with myself. I have decided no more sitting around making excuses while my butt gets wider and wider. I'm all in now. Ready to do this thing RIGHT!

Welcome back! I understand how hard it gets when life gets crazy. I've been clinging to the bumper of the wagon for a while now, barely hanging on ;-) For me, right now, I'm counting maintaining a success... and I'm trying to clean up my "day-to-day" habits (like stress-eating).
I wish you luck! We're all here for support when you need us!
All the best, Jen0 -
