I'm not really new here, I've been part of MFP for about a year now, but my weight is skyrocketing. This sight helped me lose so much and keep track on my foods....but I stopped using it because I was lazy. Now I'm back to really get this weight loss thing in gear. I'm 5'6 and 234.8 lbs. That's the heaviest I've ever been.

First GW- 200 lbs (-34.8)

    You can do it !!! I have the same 1st goal, Id LOVE to be under that 200 mark, its been a while......

    OH my lazyness gets the best of me too. I look at how much i have to loose and where i am now and I just can't accept it. Mini goals are the way to go. I would love to be under 200 by the end of the year. Right now i just take it 10 pounds at a time. Get out of a number and start working on the next set.
