How do I add a recipe to my fitness pal

Hello Everyone,
I want to add my smootie shake to this email. 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 mixed berries, 1 teaspoon avocado, 1 scoop (24 grams) of ISO protein.

Can you please help me? When I add ingredients it will not allow me to add 1/2 water and the other items.

    Hmm… I’m not sure where you’re getting stuck…but to add a new recipe you go to the “Food” tab, subheading-“recipes”.
    Hit the “Enter New Recipe” green button on the right.
    “Add Ingredient” and enter each ingredient separately.
    In terms of water…you can either enter “Water-Municipal” and ½ cup = 4oz…or you can just add the water to your daily water intake.

    I add recipes all the time. Just remember decimals (.) instead of (/). Trial and error, just keep tinkering around with it, you will get the hang of it.
