30 day shred

Hi all MFP pals :)

I went for a while doing the DVD every day and lost quite a bit of weight. I have slacked recently and have Isle of Wight music festival this weekend and know that a bit weight will come back after this, I have no self control at these events!!

So, I am going to get straight back in to this when I get back. I love the DVD, it makes me feel so good, and I think there is a diet book that goes with it, does any one recommend it? Is it easy to follow? Or should I just stick the DVD and eating healthily?
