food query - help

Hi everyone,

My daily food intake involves of;

breakfast - cereal

lunch - soup, bread and a yoghurt

dinner - chicken with salad


I seem to stick to this each day, i'm surprisingly not bored off it but i would like some ideas of how to mix it up a bit and would like some new healthy ideas?

also, is what i'm eating good for me?
