Hi everyone. I've started this about five times now and just recently I've been doing it for two weeks now. I'm used to counting carbs not calories and in the two weeks that I've been counting calories and eating the recommended amount of carbs I've gained 7 pounds. I'm in a panic because I work out 4 times a week as well, burning over 1100 on the eliptical machine each night. I think that I'm about to go back to counting carbs instead.
