Pain when I exercise

Hi, so I'm going to finally commit myself to this! My only issue is my main area I need to work is my baby gut. It's been 2 years since my last child and I've had 3 c-sections. This issue is all core exercises hurt after just a few moments due to the scar tissue I have. I've talked to my doctor and he's more or less said find what works for me, but nothing yet...if anyone else has ever been in the same boat I would love any ideas! thanks in advance :D

    I have not experienced the same but what type of exercises are you doing? Perhaps start with planks as opposed to crunches and strengthened your core from there.
