Scales Not Moving

So the pounds have been dropping off me like crazy. Lost 10 pounds in the first 7 days and then you know how it is, the scales stop moving. They always stop moving at the 10 to 11 pound point at the beginning with me.

I keep reminding myself to keep on track and things will move along slowly, but this is always where and when things get difficult.

What tricks do you use to keep yourself motivated during those times you are really sticking to a plan, but nothing is happening scale wise?

Curious to know what tricks you all use.
