I have to do this once and for all!

I had been active and in decent shape, training in karate for many years, but somehow over the past year or so, due to many factors in my life, I have managed to have 30 pounds creep up on me until, seemingly "suddenly" - NONE OF MY CLOTHES FIT ME ANYMORE ! I am a 46 year old busy single mom of 3 kids and somehow my training and eating habits fell off the wagon until I am now heavier than I have ever been. It really has me down on myself, which unfortunately sometimes leads to me in afct NOT exercising and making all the wrong food choices! It does become a vicious cycle sometimes doesn't it? And the older I am getting (I am 46), the more difficult it seems to be. SO! Now that I am done with the work involved in moving into our new house the past May, I have decided the time has come to get back to the business of taking care of myself. I am 5'3" and a half and would like to lose 25 pounds. I know there is no secret to it other than eating better and exercising. I am trying this site now in the hopes that recording it and getting some support will motivate me to stick with it. Any and all encouragement would be greatly appreciated!
