    They are awesome. It's amazing how much sometimes we overestimate (for me it was the peanut butter), but also how much we can underestimate too (like when measuring frozen vegetables in a cup). Enjoy it. It will help you to better eyeball things so when you're out and about you'll know what your portion size is.

    I can't believe it since I started using my Eat Smart food scale!! I love it! (got it at Amazon.com)

    I was underestimating so many things!! :grumble:

    It's so easy to use and I'm obsessed with it now! :laugh:

    100 gm is equal to 3.582 ounces

    I have a scale that measures in either ounces or grams.

    Also, because a lot of the foods in this web site are measured in grams, I printed a conversion table.

    The two conversions that help me the most are:
    1 ounce = 28.35 grams
    100 grams = 3.582 ounces.
    I keep this posted on my computer and at work. Hope this helps.
