hi everyone,

I am new to myfitnesspal and also new to the modified paleo plan that I have begun. I completed various events with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team-in-Training. However, since 2008 I have not been active due to lack of energy and thyroid issues.

I decided to try to aim for my first rock-n-roll full marathon in February in my hometown, New Orleans, even though I no longer live there. I could really use your support, advice, and encouragement to get accomplish this I'm sure I also have commited to my first two-miler today!!!!
