Skipping lunch

Lately, I've been so busy at work that I haven't been stopping for lunch. I'm also not that hungry. Even when I skip lunch though I make sure I eat at least my calorie goal for the day which is set at 1,200 calories. What are your thoughts on skipping lunch? Okay if I'm not hungry but still eating minimum 1,200 calories per day or am I sabotaging my metabolism?? Thanks in advance.

    If you're not hungry and you're still meeting your calorie goals, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

    Total calories at the end of the day is what matters most. Skipping a meal won't sabotage your metabolism as long as you're getting in the right amount of daily calories.
    Hell I skip breakfast every morning.

    ^ What they said. Total is all that matters. Eat when you want, no need to stick to an arbitrary eating schedule.
