You look great! Was it just the 1200 calorie diet or did you include exercise as well?
Only 1200...NO WAY!! I am now eating 1590 per day PLUS an additional 500 for breastfeeding. So I'm eating about 2000 per day. I was eating less but my milk supply suffered. I also work out 4-6 times per week and I always eat back at least 50-75% or those calories, usually all of them. I do 45 hard on the elliptical usually 2x per week. Then I do intense cardio & kickboxing with videos 3x. I am starting to incorporate strength and toning into the workouts too.
I have two kids with me all day at my job and a husband who works long hours. Exercise is my therapy!!0
