My husband and I are on a whole foods/no processed foods diet, but we are so basic with all of our meals. Is anyone else doing this or have any ideas for some whole food recipes?

I also wanted to say that I struggle with loving this way of eating. I love it so much because I know it's working and my skin looks amazing, but I hate it because I can't eat quick easy meals!

I am trying out this type of eating too. As a university student its hard because I spend a lot of time on campus for classes and whats cheap and readily available arent wholesome at all.

What I plan on doing is bring lunch to school as I dont live on campus.

I am jamaican so a lot of the foods that i may eat and te way I would prepare them may not fit other nationals taste buds but here is a site that may be useful to you. http://www.whfoods.com/

A typical meal for me would consist of boiled dumplin, boiled green banana and boiled irish potato (i dnt like yam and sweet potato) with callaloo/pak choi and saltfish or callaloo and pak choi. sometimes i use cabbage but its mostly leafy foods or ackee. when i do eat meat its not alot. If you know what i'm talking about and would like my recipe (how I prepare it) you can friend and/or message me.
