I have lost 28 to date in 13 weeks. By making changes and being healthier!!!! Changed what I was eatting, very little processed food, any carbs are whole grains, limited sugars mainly all of mine come from fruit now. I also changed from eatting 3 meals to eatting atleast 6 times a day but in smaller portions. I eat high protein, high fruits & Veggies, moderate dairy, and low carb and sugar. I was a huge carb/sugar addict, but now I don't crave it like I use to. :) I also started being more active I walk 2-4 miles 4-5 days a week. Have just started incorporating some weight training at home. I'm not going to say it is easy because it's not!!! But, it's not as hard as you think especially once you make it through the first few weeks and learn what and how to eat it gets lot easier. You can do it good luck. Feel free to add me if you need a buddy. :)

I was down 24.5 pounds on this past monday since I started eating right and exercising back in january. I started doing Weight Watchers with my wife and doing P90 following the exercise plan. I decided to switch to the diet plan laid out in the P90 system, and found MFP. Since starting MFP 3 weeks ago I have lost nearly 5.5 pounds! I showed my wife and she started using it instead of weight watchers also!

Me! I followed the guidelines in a book I love, "This is why you're fat," by Jackie Warner. A whole new way of eating, healthy - healthy-healthy with a few splurges during the week (nothing big, I'm talking a pc of candy or something). Took me a LONG time and lots of cardio...

Me me me!! I started losing Feb 1, and I'm down 28 pounds to date. 12 more to go. Lots of cardio and calorie counting--no tricks, no cleanses, nothing like that. If I burned 500 calories in my workout and wanted to eat those calories back, I did. If I wasn't hungry enough, I didn't. Personally I do my workouts in the morning (5:15am-6:30am), and I drink my 8 glasses of water/day. Hope that helps! Best of luck!
  • I have lost a total of 27 lbs. so far (6 months). It has not been as easy for me as some of the other posts I have seen (wish it was!). I changed my diet entirely from eating to meat to being strictly Vegetarian. I also work out 2 hours a day. I either run or swim for an hour each morning and then I do Pilates at lunch for an hour as they provide it at my job and my co-worker does it with me. I have toned up a ton but would still like to lose the weight. I have about 70 pounds to go during the week. On weekends, I find fun activities to do such as bowling, swimming (longer amount of time than that of the weekdays), roller blading...anything fun really. I do count calories. I am not so great about posting everything but I am working on it. Good luck to you! You can do it!
