My sister, who writes for a women's fashion and lifestyle magazine came to me this morning, to ask for a health/fitness/body image quote to add to the next issue. It will be printed alongside a photo of me.
I'm chuffed that of all the people she knows it's me she comes to for an article on health and fitness. She's never asked me for anything like that before.
I can't remember the exact words I gave her, but it was something about thinking of food as fuel not as a treat, and to reward yourself with other things like a bubble bath or a trip to the cinema instead.
