a tomato with straw like fibers in them? I've never seen this, but today while I ate my lunch, I had cut up a fresh tomato, and was pulling fiber strings from it. It was also hard to cut in places, as I had to break through these 'strings'.. they look like little yellow straws.
luckily there weren't many, but, I had NEVER seen this before. Am I just sheltered or is this uncommon? does anyone know if it's only in certain types?
weird.
