Fell off the wagon!

So I started my journey in January. I lost weight very fast and went from 225 to 180 in a matter of a few months. Well I am an Army wife and my husband came home in April. That was a struggle to eat healthy. Then we just went back to the United States for 3 weeks in June and I gained 9 lbs back. Since coming back to Germany I have also gained 3 lbs. Tomorrow I am going to get my but back in gear. It is not the excercising cause I am doing 5 days of 45 min cardio and 3 days of weight training. It is just that I am eating far to many calories and I know it. So I am going to be looking for a group to join. Are there any groups to get fit before Thanksgiving? My goal is November 21st so that it close. Thank you all for your support!

I think we all fall off the wagon off and on, so you're definitely NOT alone in that!
I'm sure you'll find a group around here somewhere. But, even if you don't, you know that with MFP's tools, exercise, and all the wonderfully supportive members, you CAN lose the rest of the weight that you want to!0 -

Thank you! It is hearing people like you and knowing that I can do this! I have done it in the past and can do it again. There are road blocks in the journey of life and losing weight is no different.0 -
I fall off the wagon all the time- so frequently, in fact, that I've stopped calling it that, and just accept it as part of this journey.0
