Calories??

Folks, I have a question about the Net Calories consumed portion of MFP. My goal since starting has been to try and stay under 1500 calories net. I've seen a whole LOT of different BMR caculators, etc with a huge range of results and I've dropped 13 lbs in the past 16 days. I know this rate won't stay for me, but I am trying to put myself in for getting this done the right way, long term.

Am I pretty safe staying where I am at long term? Mid 30's, male 6', workout hard at the gym 6 days a week for 1 hour.
