So a friend is wanting to meet at Uncle Julios for lunch. I have already told her we are not accepting the basket of chips, but now I need help making a decision on what is best to eat! They don't have nutritional facts listed!

Honey Chipotle Salmon
Mesquite grilled with honey chipotle glaze served
with a corn and black bean cilantro rice and a side of fresh pineapple pico de gallo.

Grilled Fish Tacos (ask for cream on side or use salsa)
Corn tortillas filled with grilled tilapia, shredded cabbage,
carrots, and spicy avocado cream. Served with cilantro rice and spicy black beans

Plato Deluxe (get chicken in corn tortilla)
Hand rolled beef or chicken taco al carbon with our famous tortilla soup or soup of the day

Or just fajitas with charro or black beans with corn tortillas. Here in Texas Tx Mex food is my weakness!

They might not have the nutritional information available at the restaurant -- but IT"S IN THE MFP database

This is definately one of the things I love best about MFP. Almost anything I can think of to eat -- someone has already added to the database.

All you need to do is a quick search (Uncle Julio) and add all the items you are thinking about to your dinner. Do an item-by-item comparision and then delete the losers.

I looked and they had the tacos without rice and beans, and data for one chicken fajita. I needed more choices. LOL
