Is sun tanning good for weight loss?

Not directly, but the sun does perk me up. I tend to suffer from pretty bad SAD (seasonal affective disorder) so the sun helps a lot with my energy level. Don't need much, though - twenty minutes a day is more than enough of direct sunlight.0
