I have in my settings that i am on my feet for part of the day, I actually work in a clothes recycling depot where i could be lifting up too 600kilos a day this entails rebagging the clothes and moving them from bagging area to weighing then to stacking. Before i done this job i had a desk job and was on 1200 cals a day and found i was never hungry i am now finding on 1330 that i am feeling incredibly hungry during the day and at night do you guys think that the amount of acticity that i am doing at work is affecting this and should i log it in my diary as houshold lifting instead of increasing my daily acticity level as some days i'm not that busy.
