Bad foot injury - what exercises can I do in the meantime?

I stupidly decided to exercise to a very hard fitness video. Everything was going well until I had to hop on one leg… with my body weight (192lbs) that wasn’t the best move to take. My left foot was perfectly fine on the day but when I woke up the next day I could feel a slight ‘ting’. Later when I went out for a walk, my foot had pretty much had it. It can no longer bear my body weight, I am going to see the GP tomorrow to find out what’s wrong, hopefully it’s not too serious. It has been 3 days now with no improvement
This injury is painful and annoying since my summer holidays were supposed to be a chance for me to exercise and lose weight a little faster. I’ll stick to jogging/walking from now on! But what effective exercises can I do in the meantime?
Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!
