A quick and easy pizza

1 low calorie flatbread (any kind you like) ( try getting the ones that are 90 calories)

1 Tsp tomato paste
1/3 tsp garlic
1/4 cup lowfat cheese


mix tomato paste and garlic spread on flat bread add cheese
bake at 400 till cheese melted and lightly browned.
Top with your fave veggies when done (I like mine with shredded lettuce and tomato and a lil jalapeno)

  • yum I already make these but not with the tomato paste and garlic I just use natural pizza sauce so I'll have to try that instead
  • Tomato paste gives it an awesome rich tangy tomato taste I love things with great flavor, :)

    i've never tried tomato paste on it. sounds interesting.

    i just go with 4 carb tomato sauce.
    lots of cheese and lots of meat and veggies.

    I love to use the flatbread to make pizza!! My fave is the flatout flatbread with the rosemary...drizzle a little EVOO, top with feta and sundried tomatoes. YUM! (cooked on the grill is AMAZING!)

    I use the Naan flat breads to make individual pizzas. Problem I have with flatout (and many other breads) is that they contain the dough conditioner L-Cysteine. I will let you google that for yourselves to see what it is made from. The thought grosses me out.
