I've been a member of MFP since March, but rarely used it and when I did, was never serious or always over my calorie goal. However summer is upon us, and I realize I should have been stricter with myself! I've been keeping track of my weight for a few weeks now, but not my food until the past 3/4 days.

I'm currently at 168lbs and want to get down to 150 if I can.... I've lost 8lbs in the past 3 weeks which is good, but any tips to keep me at it? I've gone over my goal already today so a bit of a downer!

    you should pre make your food for the day and bring it with you, that way you have what you need an can keep to your diet
