I'd like some new freinds to add to mine :)

So, I have been a member of MFP for a long-ish time and so far I have lost 13kg/28lbs.
I am looking for some new friends to add, but I am a bit picky. Please do not be alarmed about this.
It's worth the read:

1) Have your diary open to friends. (I'd like to see what you eat to see what new things I can try. Furthermore, I'd like to know you eat a healthy amount of food and say "good job" when you actually did a good job.)

2) Eat a healthy amount of food. I cannot stress how important this is. I am sick of being frineds with girls who eat 600 calories tops and are full after a single apple for breakfast. I've cleaned my list of those girls.)

3) Please be supportive. (I like to comment on my friends' posts and expect the same curtesy in return.)

4) ALL ages, genders, locations...welcome!!! (Brownie points if you're from Europe because I am from here as well.)
