Yep, but you can't make it something you do every day if you're serious. I had a brownie with a Reese's peanut butter cup and some pizza the other day. I worked it into my calorie goals but you don't get to eat that much if you eat junk food that's really calorie dense. Just log everything and stay within your calorie goals and you can eat a Snicker's bar every day. Don't be surprised however if you're starving all the time. Those food don't fill you up that well.0

I've been steady in the gym now for a few years (5+ days a week). For that time I ate how I wanted to eat and didn't diet. I lost absolutely 0 weight. In the end, I realized I am doing all of that work, just to stay where I was and not get any better. I'm proof that exercise alone doesn't do it without the diet added in...0

Define naughty foods. If I really want a slice of pizza or some onion rings I'll have it, just in moderation and making sure it fits within my calorie goal for the day. I promised myself when I started this whole thing that I wouldn't let myself feel deprived of anything because that's the surest way for me to give up a diet.0

Just make sure if you want to eat something not-so-great for you, then do exercise. If I want to have a burger (homemade), I'll make sure I cycle or go to the gym that day so I don't feel guilty about it.0

I tend to eat "naughty" food on weekends. Weekdays are healthy...
Also, try to surround yourself with healthy and "positive" food and positive people.
"If 10 people will ask me for a chocolate in the day, hell yeah, i will accept atleast one "0 -
I had chocolate cake yesterday, but ended up not eating dinner, so it sort of worked out.0

I don't like to consider foods "naughty". I still eat foods that are not considered "clean" such as chocolate or chips or cookies or what have.
If it fits into my goal, it's going in my mouth! I've seen success, so I don't really worry about it.0
