    Check out all the stickies on the "Eat More to Weigh Less" group (click "groups" up above there ^^)... and then to here: http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/ and fill out the form to get all the numbers you need.

    You know how "they" say the average healthy diet for an adult is around 2000 calories/day? Yeah. It's true.

    :drinker: bump is a way to tag the topic so it's easy to get to by users. When I bump something (or comment on any topic) it automatically puts it into the "My Topics" category, so it's easier for me to find. "MyTopics" is located in the "COMMUNITY" tab. Good luck on your journey
