HELP - Need to know how many calories I should be eating

OK, I need help with my calories and setting up my goals.
I am 5'6", currently 140. I want to be 125. I need to know what I should put in for fat, protein, etc...
Any ideas or help?

    125 is fairly lean at that height, so a modest rate of loss like 0.5 lbs/week would be appropriate. If you plug that into the goals section it'll give you targets based on standard American assumptions.

    You might want to tweak is on the basis of 100 lbs lean mass requiring 80 - 100g of protein.
