I always like to go to Success Stories board to see the pictures of other people for Motivation but when I see people posting 45lbs lost and the pictures show a huuuuuuge difference in their bodies I get so dissapointed. I have lost 45 lbs since I had my baby 8 months ago and dont see a big difference in my body and still feel huge...

Before getting pregnant I was 140-145 and was a size 5 (jeans) now I'm 144 and a size 7 WTH??? I'm 5.3 tall

Your body shape changes with pregnancy. Just because you get down to the same weight likely things have shifted and you won't be the same size. Happens to most of us.:flowerforyou:

    Composition is the key here.

Lift heavy and eat slightly below TDEE and youll lose the fat.

Sounds like you need to start lifting to firm everything up. Look at the success stories of those who have even done 30DS! Absolutely amazing. Try switching up your routine. I'm not sure what you do for excercise, but it has to involve weights.

I don't lift and I'm pretty firm. I run, walk, elliptical, and do a boatload of work on my abs that does not include lifting. If the whistles and stares I get are any indication I don't look too bad.

    FYI, I'm 42 yo female, 5'1", 134 lbs, size 6, sometimes 4.

I hear ya on that one. I've lost over 45 lbs and just a few days ago had a small child in a restaurant point at me and shout, "Look, mom! He's gonna have a baby!" Pffft, stupid kids.

45 lbs is a lot!!!! I have a friend that lost 40 lbs in 5 months and she's a totally different person. I'm sure your fiends and family can tell the difference.
