Can someone review my diet/exercise habits?

I want to know how quickly/easily I'll lose weight at this pace. Sorry this is so long :c
Currently, I only eat three meals a day plus a snack. I have one cheat day a week, monday, where I'll eat a few extra things if I feel tempted. Typically, I eat anywhere from 1000 calories a day to 1500 calories a day. Sometimes a little more. Today was 1200 calories (edit- I just checked, I've only eaten a net of 600 today). If you need to know, I usually eat whatever I want. I don't like any vegetables, and I don't like fruits enough to eat only fruits on a diet. I don't eat entirely unhealthily, though. I eat whole grains, I avoid the really unhealthy fast food chains such as McDonalds, I drink only water and consider a can of pop a snack, etc.
I jog three miles every day at around 11:30 am in 80+ degree weather. Today was 90-ish. I don't jog the whole time, I jog for about a mile and a half to two miles, then alternate between a few minutes jogging and a few minutes walking.
My BMR/TDEE is somewhere between 2000 and 3000.
I started at about 230 lbs a week or two ago, and I seem to have lost 5-6 lbs. I'm not sure how accurate my scale is, but depending on how I stand on it, it points around the 224-226 lb area.
I'd appreciate any help and advice. I'd love some motivation (:

my tips:
never NET below your bmr. if your BMR is 1600 and you burn 400, then EAT 2000!!
lift weights 3-4 times a week and cardio 4-5 times a week. until you get to the last 20ish pounds i'd say lower the cardio...
aim for a 40carb/40protein/20fat split
drink a lot of water
biggest thing is to eat ENOUGH!! try for 500 below your TDEE. here: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/0 -
You are 230 lbs.
Set MFP to a 2lb per week loss, with an activity level of sedentary. When you get down to 175 set it to 1.5 lbs. When you get to 150 set it to 1 lb.
Log your food. Log your exercise. Eat what MFP tells you to.
Eat lean protein, with lots of fruits and veggies.
If you are only eating 600 calories a day and not eating back at least some of your exercise calories, you are going to lose lean body mass along with fat. This is not what you want. And it's not healthy.0
