Question about logging calories burned

So I always do in my exercise routine a series of crunches, lunges, pushups, and etc. I feel like that probably burns calories. Could I log that?

That could probably be counted as circuit training, depending on how much effort you put into it.
Here's the thing, though: a little exercise routine with crunches, lunges, pushups etc. just isn't going to be enough. I used to do that every morning and pat myself on the back for it, but I was STILL overweight. You need to aim to do at least 30 minutes of exercise that elevates your heart rate every day. I recommend you start with walking. Even a little bit counts, and you'll gradually build up to doing it longer, and then faster as your health improves. Try downloading the free app MapMyRun to track your pace, distance, and time walked.0 -
That would actually be logged under calisthenics But she's right ^^ you definitely need to do more!0

I usually log mine as calisthenics.0
